Semillas es la única organización comunitaria en Chattanooga fundada por inmigrantes Latinxs. Dirigida por gente ordinaria, negra y morena, y de clase trabajadora, nuestra misión es organizar, movilizar, construir poder, y transformar la ciudad que llamamos hogar.
VISION
Through a model unique to our region, we cultivate continuous positive progress by empowering our communities with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand the conditions of their lives. In doing this, we break down systemic barriers for our community, construct power for our people, and create the foundation necessary for the next generation of leaders.
